Product Overview

Rapid-C+ is an advanced all-in-one solution for environmental monitoring in aseptic processing areas. It uniquely combines real-time optical detection of viable and total particles with continuous active air sampling on standard agar plates.

Powered by patented laser-based light scattering and fluorescence spectroscopy, Rapid-C+ detects viable particles instantly and triggers timestamped alerts upon microbial detection. Every particle analyzed optically is simultaneously collected for microbiological confirmation, providing both real-time visibility and regulatory-ready documentation.

Designed for Grade A, B, C, and D cleanrooms, Rapid-C+ supports proactive contamination control, improved production yield, and full compliance with EU GMP Annex 1 and global cleanroom standards.

Applications

Rapid-C+ is ideally suited for:

  • Aseptic filling and sterile manufacturing areas

  • Grade A isolators and RABS

  • Pharmaceutical and biotech cleanrooms

  • Vaccine and injectable production facilities

  • Sterile compounding and critical processing zones

  • Environmental monitoring during VHP decontamination

Benefits

  • Real-time detection of viable airborne contamination

  • Immediate, timestamped alerts for faster response

  • Continuous air sampling without process interruption

  • Improved batch protection and yield

  • Early detection reduces investigations and downtime

  • Hands-free operation in Grade A environments

  • Supports EU GMP Annex 1 compliance

  • Combines VPC, TPC, and CFU in a single instrument
